01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 557bet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 557bet website, platform, games, sports betting services, promotions, and all related features accessible at 557bet.im (the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 557bet Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

557bet operates as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform. The Platform is designed to serve players in markets where access to online gaming services from offshore providers is not explicitly prohibited for individual users. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of the Platform is compliant with the laws of their own jurisdiction, including Bangladesh. 557bet makes no representation that the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.

These Terms are written in English and are binding in their English-language form. Any translation provided for convenience purposes does not supersede or modify the English text. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between a translated version and the English original, the English version shall prevail.

557bet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 557bet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if that age is higher than 18.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, organisation, or other legal entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, intermediary, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 557bet, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 557bet Platform or had your account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind, are not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment, and you are gambling voluntarily with funds that you can afford to lose.

557bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the player relationship, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time we reasonably deem necessary. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

03 Account Registration

To access betting markets, casino games, and financial services on the 557bet Platform, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and your preferred payment method details.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information — including the use of a fictitious name, another person's identity, or an incorrect date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

One Account Per Player: Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one 557bet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — regardless of the name, email address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed, all balances will be reviewed, and any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided. Winnings generated using bonus funds across multiple accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 557bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team at [email protected] immediately.

557bet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to suspend or close any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

557bet supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored specifically to Bangladesh players. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time, and 557bet reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 557bet account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected in your account. 557bet does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may impose transaction charges that are outside our control.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours are typically reviewed within 2 hours of submission. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are generally completed within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 24 hours. During periods of high volume or technical maintenance, processing times may be longer.

All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. If verification documents have not been submitted and approved, your withdrawal will be held pending verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on your account, or to a method registered in your verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If you have an active bonus on your account, the wagering requirements associated with that bonus must be completed before a withdrawal can be made unless the bonus has been declined or expired.
• 557bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for withdrawals above ৳50,000 or where there are reasonable grounds for further due-diligence checks.

557bet reserves the right to reverse or delay any withdrawal request where we have reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other activity that violates these Terms. In such cases, the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.

05 Bonus Policy

557bet offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses offered by 557bet are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer and the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Welcome Bonus: New players who successfully register and complete their first qualifying deposit are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the welcome bonus offer terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

Wagering Requirements: Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered through qualifying games before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means ৳30,000 of qualifying wagers must be placed before the bonus balance is convertible to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will always be stated in the offer terms.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to one eligible player per household, per device, and per IP address. Circumventing this restriction via VPN, proxy, or other technical means will result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are wagered before bonus funds unless you opt to decline the bonus.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino table games contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual offer terms.
• 557bet reserves the right to cap the maximum winnings that may be derived from bonus play at a stated multiple of the bonus amount. Any winnings above the cap will be removed from the account balance.
• Bonuses that remain unclaimed or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between accounts. Bonuses are personal to the account holder to whom they are issued.
• 557bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe the offer is being exploited, abused, or used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

Players who do not wish to accept a bonus may decline it at the point of offer. Once declined, the bonus cannot be reclaimed. Players who wish to remove an active bonus from their account before completing wagering requirements should contact support, with the understanding that any bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon removal.

06 User Obligations

By using the 557bet Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the standards expected of a responsible platform user. The following actions are expressly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds; providing false identification or documentation; engaging in any form of payment fraud or chargeback abuse.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system errors, or gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using automated software, scripts, or bots to fulfil wagering requirements; exploiting errors in bonus configurations.
• Money laundering: Using the 557bet Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 557bet maintains an active anti-money-laundering programme and cooperates with relevant authorities where legally required.
• Unauthorised software: Using software that automatically places bets, reads game data, or otherwise interacts with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by 557bet. This includes game-cracking tools, exploit scripts, and artificial intelligence betting systems.
• Account sharing or sale: Allowing another person to access your account; purchasing or selling 557bet accounts; operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Harassment: Using live chat, support channels, or any Platform communication feature to threaten, abuse, or harass 557bet staff or other users.

557bet employs a range of technical, procedural, and analytical measures to detect prohibited activity. Where prohibited activity is identified or reasonably suspected, 557bet reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, withhold pending withdrawals, void bonus-derived winnings, and permanently close the account. Serious cases may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

You are responsible for the security of your own device and internet connection when using the 557bet Platform. 557bet strongly recommends the use of a secure, private internet connection and a device protected by up-to-date antivirus software. 557bet accepts no liability for losses arising from your use of a compromised device or unsecured network connection.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the 557bet Platform — including but not limited to the 557bet brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, colour schemes, typography, graphics, icons, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, data, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of 557bet or is used under valid licence from the respective game providers, content studios, or other rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 557bet Platform solely for your own personal and recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any portion of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from 557bet.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any element of the Platform or its content.
• Use the 557bet name, logo, or any brand asset for commercial purposes, including the operation of affiliate marketing campaigns, without a valid written agreement with 557bet.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed by the terms of the licence agreements between those studios and 557bet. Players do not acquire any rights in game content by virtue of playing those games.

Any unauthorised use of intellectual property belonging to 557bet or its licensed partners may give rise to civil and criminal liability. 557bet reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in the event of intellectual property infringement.

08 Limitation of Liability

The 557bet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 557bet makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the Platform is available, accurate, and free from defects, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency outages, and third-party infrastructure issues may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 557bet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, game providers, and payment partners shall not be liable to you for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits due to a technical failure, disconnection, or error during a game or betting session.
• Loss of data, account information, or betting history resulting from a platform error, cyberattack, or other technical event beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any nature, even where 557bet has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, game rules, statistical data, or promotional content, where such information is shown to have been inaccurate due to a technical error.
• Losses arising from your own failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or your use of the Platform on an unsecured or compromised device.

Where a technical error is confirmed to have resulted in an incorrect game outcome or an incorrectly paid-out win, 557bet reserves the right to void the relevant bet or game round and refund the stake to the player's account. In no circumstances will 557bet honour winnings generated as a direct result of a documented system error, regardless of the amount displayed at the time of the error.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 557bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

09 Account Closure

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your 557bet account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, 557bet will process the closure within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to identity verification and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Closure by 557bet: 557bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during or after registration.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
• You are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
• We are required to do so by a legal, regulatory, or law-enforcement instruction.

Where an account is closed by 557bet due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in that account may be withheld pending investigation. In cases involving confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering, balances may be forfeited in their entirety and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period as agreed with the player at the time of the request. During self-exclusion, 557bet will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account. Any attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms.

10 Amendments & Governing Law

557bet reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where the nature of the change materially affects players' rights or financial interests, in which case we will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email or in-platform notification to registered players.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific offer terms applicable to a promotion you have accepted, constitute the entire agreement between you and 557bet relating to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether oral or written — between you and 557bet on the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any failure by 557bet to enforce any provision of these Terms at a particular time does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision at a later time, nor does it operate as a waiver of any other provision of these Terms.
